Throughout life our experiences are influenced by energy or rather our energy in motion/ e-motions.

EFT is an Emotional Freedom Technique,that can rewire the stories within our body.

Pain is your bodies way of communicating what needs to be heard.
During a pain clinic session, we listen using healing and sounds with the aid of your body to intuitively connect to your pain and it’s needs in order to facilitate your own healing.

Crystals have been used for millions of years for their ability to balance, clear and change energy.
In a crystal healing session we will have the honour of working alongside the skills and wisdom of the stone people to restore balance and healing to your mind, body and soul.

Massage and Reflexology sessions– One hour
Either reflexology ( now including foot, ear and hand options) or massage ( back, neck shoulders and arms, legs or full body) alongside any healing, crystals, sounds etc as needed- please contact me to determine your own unique package
Using a mixture of massage, acupressure points and energy healing- this healing modality can help to relieve insomina, clear the mind, bring much needed clarity and ease headaches amongst other benefits.
Hopi ear candling-One hour
An hour session including consultation, treatment and feedback
Can be combined with auricular reflexology for an additional cost
Using a natural organic beeswax candle inside of the ear, the ceremony of candling acts as a vacuum drawing up excess ear wax from the canal
Leading to relief from blocked sinuses, headaches, tension migraines, vertigo, excess wax and in some cases improving hearing loss as a result
This Ancient technique aids relaxation improves lymphatic circulation and as a result can improve immunity and overall wellbeing
This is NOT suitable for anyone with ear infections or perforated ear drums

The game changer sessions offer a chance to “play” alongside the Tarot to develop your own intuition upon the map of your Soul
Locating the steps of your own inner “hero’s journey”, the “role” of the dice is to bring clarity, insight, healing and structure towards achieving your own intention and guided practical steps to move forward.

Each monthly session will include a Tarot reading and treatment.
Working alongside the Medicine wheel- we will begin in the North and look at your thoughts around what you are trying to achieve, examine any patterns that prevent this including Ancestral and perform a sound healing.
The second session will again include a Tarot reading as we head into the fires of the East to look at what needs to come to light regarding your own drive, passion and spirit followed by a EFT session into these areas.
After your third Tarot reading looking at any areas that may require healing within your physical body you will recieve a massage of your choice.
Finally with your last session following a reading we will examine what needs to be released and aid this with a crystal healing and kuya limpia- stone cleansing.
Each session will have homework and practical steps based on findings to ensure forward momentum and change.
These sessions are limited in number due to the depth of accountability and commitment required.

A series of womb/ abdominal massages
