I’ve re-treated

As I do every morning

Waking early, opening Sacred space, praying, meditating, and performing my regular healthy routine

Which this morning included a glorious healing and reflexology session

In silence

I made time and as a result, magic.

Scanning my body, observing my breath, in that moment no-thing more was needed, as I connected to my higher self and the transformation available

Shuffling the Archangel Metatron deck as guided, I found yesterday’s Sound card, Saraswati, Goddess of knowledge and learning

Selecting from behind communication, speak up and be heard, I tuned into the unknown image in my hands quite baffled

I had nothing to say

My emotions were at peace and my energy felt expanded, heart led, true.

Asking for a message I recieved ” there are many ways to be heard” whilst silence is golden played in my head

The card was lilac, higher realms and magic.

Today speak your truth, not just with words but actions

Listen to them and others without judgement

Communicate with this language, specific to you

Journal, dance, sing, paint, create in your actions any transformation now needed

May we all seek the deeper truth and understanding of our own knowledge and learning by “here-in” its magic
